even though women could receive the same salary as men, I'm not quite sure they will be treated the same way..and this is something I do not seem to understand - and as capstone project writers from http://essay.expert/buy-capstone-projects mentioned some women are better at work than men, still to have a leading position in the company they also have to prove themselves to male colleagues that they are worth being followed since if they do not, some perculiar male characters may just make fun of them or not respect them..that is why most female chief managers and CEO become strong and bold as men in order to keep their position, only at home they may be themselves
