Ashley Caranto Morford, University of Toronto

Ashley Caranto Morford (she/her; ashley.morford@mail.utoronto.ca) is a QPOC scholar-activist and SSHRC-funded PhD candidate in Literature and Book History at the University of Toronto. She is a member of the Pilipinx (Pangasinan/Cebuana) diaspora on her mother’s side and is British on her father’s side. Her work is in relationship with Indigenous studies, Indigenous-Pilipinx solidarities, anti-colonial pedagogy, ethical research methods, and digital humanities.
